What was the inspiration?

In 2016 I got asked to participate in an exhibition with an auction all for a good cause. We all know the saying ‘an apple a day keep the doctor away’ This phrase was the signal for my brain to start working.

What was the inspiration?

This image was made after I was daydreaming I guess. I literally got the picture in mind. Next step was to figure out how I was going to make it. I needed to get the perspective of the model right to make it believable. So I asked the model if she would mind to pose and a high chair, on one leg with the other leg balancing on a rope.

What was the inspiration?

This image is made for the series ’Tea tags’ I made together with Norma.
Inspired by labels with questions that a tea make has bound to it’s teabags. For a whole year, Norma saved the labels from the teabags. Each month I had to choose one question that was on them. Norma and I used the questions for inspiration, which I interpreted freely.

The question for ‘Sometimes home is a person’ was ‘what was the last thing you thought about last night?’.
